I dont like this times designs. Give me old style and incorporate historic designs into it or give me futuristic. Not now time. Now time is bland and square and blocky and grey. Brutalistic. No thanks. Strangely I do like the new Wendys. The big red flat wall stands out. The red is nice. I like kred. I dont like browns and yellows so I dont like Burger King or Taco Bell. BK should put green forward and TB Im not sure what they can do. The earthy colors dont do it for me. Its drab.

I have and its BORING. Older buildings are different and artistic. New stuff is bland and same same. Its liek out town court house. It was a beautiful old design from the 1800s but was considered too small. So what did they do in the 70s? Tore it down and rebuilt a new one as a big grey concrete block taking up the same exact space as the old one. its horrible. My town are morons when it comes to history. They close old unique buildings then have no idea what to do with them so they tear them down and make ka parking lot of sell to lawyers to take over or worse give it to the local asshole college that tear them down and make their gaudy UGLY buildings in their place. Hate my town.

I live near Ottawa. Ottawa parking lots are full of cars. Finding parking is difficult. I avoid the city center for that reason. The suburbs are better for living and shopping. Venues that attract crowds should not be downtown. Theaters, concert halls, factories and arenas should be in the suburbs. Services found downtown should be for the people who live downtown. I won't go to a realtor, accountant, doctor lawyer or dentist that are downtown. More people should work remotely.

The system also steals from users by changing for tolls that you never drove on or just charges they sat are errors. Every year I audit my toll tag and find at least $40 worth of overcharge.

Sellers agents were never offering 5-6% to buyers agents. The default commission on a home sale was 6%, which the sellers agent would split 50/50 with the buyers agent, resulting in 3% each. Some agents would negotiate lower commissions down to 5% but were limited in how they could advertise that they offered lower rates by the NAR, which was part of the basis of this anti-trust suit in the first place. The idea that buyers will pay more now is also questionable, since that commission is ultimately paid by the buyer as part of the price of the house. It's possible house prices will stay the same, that sellers will pocket the extra 3% and that buyers will now have to pay their own agents a flat fee... but its also possible that sellers will sell for a few %% less and still pocket the same amount of money. It's also questionable whether buyers agents should be paid on commission in the first place, as it incentivizes agents to steer their clients to the most expensive home, and to make the highest offer possible... since the agent gets paid more under the old system if you buy a more expensive house. It is not more work to buy a 600k house than a 300k house, so why does it cost the buyer twice as much to do so? A flat fee system will help with this as agents will no longer be incentivized for their clients to pay as much as possible. This settlement is a good thing for people buying and selling homes. There will be some side-effects for sure, but the average buyer and seller will be better off.
